I did try Matrox G200 on Alpha.  It works very nicely (acceleration
is operational) with the current XFree86.  SVGA server from the latest
Red Hat updates is just fine.

I also had no problems with Mystique some time in the past.  Can't tell
about G100 but I would be surprised if that would be different.
