[Freenet-chat] Try out the new mailing lists before they go live!

I have set up the new mailing lists, but would prefer to test them for a
few days before asking people to move over (I have decided that this is
preferable to auto-subscribing people).

The mailing lists will be:

xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx where xxxx is the name of the mailing list.

Configuration and usage should be virtually identical to the current
sourceforge mailing lists.

If we get some form of newsgroup system working on Freenet then I am
happy to create some-kind of gateway between the two.

The archives don't seem to be working yet, but I want to leave it 24
hours just in-case it takes a while for them to be auto-generated.
