It inserts just fine from Fproxy.  So it must be readable by freenet. 
Nothing I've tried to insert with finsert.exe at the DOS prompt in a
window while connected to the internet has worked.  What am I supposed to
do?

My Node is up and running and Fproxy is up and running.  Could Fproxy
have something to do with it?
