Re: L10n license ?
You don't need the ULP license to localize 5.0 sources: that's what the NPL is
for. You *might* need a ULP-like license to localize Netscape 5.0 binaries,
but since those aren't available yet, it's a moot point for now, but one which
we obviously have to solve.
There is no problem leveraging earlier languages from my perspective, but
you're right, the ULP license doesn't specify. I changed the wording in the
kit docs that used to say "download the English export version" (to start your
localization with) to say "download the export version". The idea here is if
people want to start with the Spanish version, they could.
