BECAUSE, </caps> on unix, users have a local mail directory where it's
*assumed* all mail will go to. assuming every unix user has two accounts;
one that runs the mailer and one that recieves mail is just retarded. but
you're right, we should have this option. just try and understand why it
isn't a "left out" feature.
