Now this is feature bloat:  Add a selection in Preferences to select from
various "themes" , with a default of course to a statndard set, but allow the
user to pick their own icons, bitmaps, xbm, jpgs, etc.

You could spawn a whole new "themes" industry for Mozilla ...
