This "Layout Probe" API has no implementation yet.  The API is an attempt to
provide access to the layout element list created and maintained by the layout
engine.  The plan is to use the API to give programs like QA Partner access to
layout internals.  QA can then write QA Partner scripts to automate HTML
layout testing.

Come to think of it, implementing this API would be a great way to learn the
data structures used in the layout engine.  If any of you are interested, let
me know and we can divide up the work between us.  I am going to be starting
the implementation this week.
