Regarding: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php?section=Reference

    Difference between Oracle/PostgreSQL and Mysql is 
    further explained in Chapter 23 "How MySQL 
    Compares to Other Databases"
    Ron Simpson, you should setup another server for 
    MySQL only. And direct your web server to connect 
    to that DB server. Never tried NFS on mysql.
    As far as I know, there is no "relationships" as 
    in MS Access or other SQL
