mysql++ rpm installation

I am attempting to install mysql++ rpm on my redhat 6.2
system and get the following warnings:

root@guru2(/home/dhoover/downloads)!1: rpm -i mysql++-1.7.8-1.i386.rpm
/sbin/ldconfig: warning: can't open var/tmp/rpm-tmp.18485 (Not a
directory), skipping
/sbin/ldconfig: warning: can't open 1 (No such file or directory),
skipping

Is is properly installed now?
