DBTools error

Hi

I just downloaded the dbtools software from their for using with a Mysql
database on a Windows 98 machine.

When i try to import from an excel file i get the message :

The JET VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16 bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32-bit
versions )failed to initialise when called . Try reinstalling the
application that created the error.

The vbajet32.dll file on my machine has version 6.1.8268 installed on Nov 5
1998.

What is wrong ? Pl advise
