I've noticed a lot of really hard to read emails lately. The below email is
very difficult to read. It would be much easier to read if quoted sections
were denoted by a > at the beginning of each line instead of a << and >>
around the section. It is also a good idea to include a blank line between the
quoted section and your new text.
