• Copilot deployment planning and execution
• Copilot Studio custom agent development
• Training and change management support

When engaging our consulting services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for assessments
• Grant necessary access to systems and data for evaluation
• Designate appropriate stakeholders for collaboration
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific services
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from consulting engagements
• Clients are responsible for implementation decisions and outcomes

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• Our methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain our proprietary property
• Deliverables created specifically for clients become their property upon payment
• Clients grant us rights to use anonymized insights for improving our services
• Our website content is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission

For consulting engagements:

• Payment terms are specified in individual statements of work
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First addressed through good-faith negotiation between parties
• If unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas
• Governed by the laws of the State of Texas
• Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Texas state and federal courts
